Tata Sky — No engineer visit done since 1 week and calls are also kept on hold for more the half hour | |||
Hi. I am a very irritated Tata Sky Subscriber. My set top box is not receiving signals from last week I have made several complaints over phone via sms and calls but till date no engineer visit has been done to check the issue. The worst part is when we call their so called cust care the put us on hold for 20-30 min saying we will just check and confirm and disconnect the call. Absolutely [censored] all service from tata sky dth. Today I am just going to throw the set top box along with the dish and if the engineer visits after that he will be going to have a very bad day.
