Hi,
I have called tatasky for understanding on base pack change and how can I pay for the channels which I want to view. My tatasky ID is [protected] . It is very annoying when a customer calls for support and customer care do not entertain and do not support with proper information. If your customer care is not capable then request you to put all information on your site or hire proper associate who have proper knowledge.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, provide proper information and resolve your issue.
