Tata Sky — No HD Signals Available since 4th April

Hi, I have made a complaint on 4th April and after following up with your Customer care for 5 days, I had your technician visit. Instead of resolving the problem, he said that the issue is due to the Dish and asked us to get the dish replaced via Private Parties for Rs 1500 for a faster resolution. He categorically mentioned that it will take 10-15 day if we got the dish replaced via Tata Sky. Since I was getting a few channels on TV, I was sure that the issue has nothing to do with the Dish. On Enquiring with Customer Care, I was told that the new dish was available for 425 Rs. Your technicians are coming home and trying to exploit your upgrade gimmick and fool us to pay money. I have raised a new complaint and I am getting messages that your person will come and check out the problem but no one is coming. It's been 3 days.
