why I have to pay the same amount for RECHARGE same as a new walkin customer? to renew my ULTRA pack - last year 5300/- and this year 6160/- This is the same amount you charge to a walk in customer.

you have explained everything else other than this as per your convenience.

This is a very pathetic response ever I have got from any such DTH service provider.

You have not provided me a grievance cell details at TATA Sky where I have to escalate my issue for further resolution.

This not not expected from a pride of Indian company like TATA Sky.

As I am totally dissatisfied with your responses, I want to raise my complaint on consumer forum.

The way this issue is been handled shows the professionalism of your company towards a loyal customer.
