Tata Sky — No one turned up for service, Worst Customer care

I filed a complaint on 25th April, they said that a concerned technician would come to rectify the DTH fault. We made a call on 30th April again, they said our work order was closed. Nobody came for service but the order was closed. We made the complaint again they gave a new work order, today is May 2nd and no one turned up yet. We ask for tamil as preferred language, yet they connect to a person who speaks Hindi. After listening to our complaint they put our call on hold, which redirects to another person, and start form the beginning of our problems. Tata Sky has the worst customer care ever. I have so far made 15 calls and 3 mails to tata sky. Each call takes minimum 15 to 30 mins to connect. If nobody turns up for service kindly take back your DTH and refund our money. Because we have recharged for a year.
