[Resolved] Tata Sky — no proper action on service request | |||
I raised an request for shifting of connection from location to other on may 10 2019 and it was 5 days since no action was taken from tata sky engineers to resolve it. Hope it should take 24 hours to resolve by assigning local engineer, thy use software application on handling this type of requests but failed to resolve on sla time. By this we can know only at time of taking connection thy respond fast becuase they will get thy amount itself for setup box and atenna. After that god knows on service part. Worst service not satisfied.. Please thing twice while going further... Was this information helpful? | |||
