Tata Sky — No Proper Customer Care- Pathetic Services | |||
There has been a "no signal" issue on multiple channels from the last couple of days due to Tata Sky Up gradation. I have already registered a work order ( ref W/O no. :NS[protected] for technician visit on 05/04/2015, i.e. 3 days back, but there has been no sign of any technician. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it by earliest as my precious balance is being deducted everyday for viewing nothing. The service quality has downgraded tremendously during this upgrade.
