Tata Sky — no redressal from tata sky, no tatasky services for past three days

Set top box not powering on and no response from company after 25 calls to customer care Mytata sky subscription ID is [protected]. My tata sky HD services have not been working since the 1st of May 2015.I lodged A complaint With their helpline ([protected], [protected], [protected]), all of these numbers at least 25 times. My complaint number given to me is HWN8B7Q. I have not yet received a call back from their end, neither have they raised an internal ticket for a technician to come over. They have put my call on hold for long time and have disconnected the call on many occasions.in spite of promising priority service and confirming that my complaint is already on priority, i haven't received any redressal. We also contacted the bangalore office ([protected]) and spoke to Hari who was rude and asked me to call the customer service. The last person we spoke to was Amir a team lead who has promised that in one hour that will get vack to me. Such promises were given on every call however no one has bothered to call. our requests and complaints have been recorded by the company. In spite of this my problem remains unresolved . It's the holidays season and we paid an advance for many things that we had planned to watch but haven't been able to for the past three days. I waMt the issue to be resolved immediately and want to be compensated for the days of TV watching i lost in addition to the mental stress i have been going through trying to resolve this matter
