[Resolved] Tata Sky — No Refund on Failed online money Transaction while purchasing new connection

I tried to purchase new Tatasky HD connection from www.tatasky.com, where amount of rs 2250 has been deducted from my IDBI account but there was error on website and I did not get any online receipt from tatasky for same. After calling several times to their support call centre, I am only getting terrible responses but no refund. Please help me getting refund of my money ASAP as its been more than 15 days. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out.
