I have upgraded to Tata binge box which is 1800 on July 8th 2022 and on august 15th 2022, I was facing a technical issue, I called the Customer care multiple times for the help and all they promised to fix ASAP but no help came, so I decided not to continue with service and when I asked for the refund for the Tata binge box which I used only for one month, they're telling no refund on the Box as per the policy.
When I needed help no one came and when I asked for refund they're rejecting in the name of policy.
So if I cancel the service I don't get the refund and they'll take back the box. Was this information helpful? |
