Tata Sky — No resolution / answers provided by the Tata Sky team for the issues reported | |||
I have a tata sky connection with Sub Id : [protected]. I am facing issues regarding the poor signals and digi card error for which I raised the issue with customer Care HNH09NR on 13th Apr. Till now No resolution is being provided. Even after making several calls to Tata Sky customer care, no one is really interested to resolve the issue and keeping all the time to hold for more than 10-15mins mins( Logs from telco operator can be provided). Request someone to please help to get it resolved asap. Its really pathetic service from Tata Sky. Was this information helpful? | |||
