Tata Sky — No respone by customer care

Hi, it is very disappointing that even after making 10calls i am not being helped. I did the tata sky recharge on Thursday and it was not showing any channels and i called up customer care i was being redirected to first time installation settings..The customer care guy(praveen) told me that he will be sending some technician to fix it and he will be taking service charges(because he directed me wrongly). but nevertheless since then i haven't received ant call back from customer care or the technician...even after making 10calls to them i am being told the same things i.e., i will recieve a call back within 2hrs...i don't get the call anyway.. This is my last mail regarding this.i will really appreciate if i receive a reply regarding this otherwise i will escalate it to the max level i can.
