Tata Sky — no response after repeated complaints

i have been complaining about NO SIGNAL. since last 10-12 days. the complaint s registered and nothing is being and whne i call them back they say. The service has been cancelled. nobody visits and dont give any service. i have registered 6 complaints. but nothing has been done.
