Tata Sky — No response after repeated complaints-ID: [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, I have tatasky dish connection and please refer my Tata Sky ID: [protected]. I have problems in viewing the channels in the beginning of this month for which I have given complaints. Please refer the WO No: NS[protected], which is not attended by tata sky team till date and I have to call another private agency to correct the fault by paying Rs.200/-. Also I submitted request for change of my Address, which was previously at Kanchipuram, Chennai and now at Coimbatore. In spite of repeated request, this is not still corrected in the system. Also till March I was paying monthly renewable charge of Rs.380/- only, but from April month, this has been raised to Rs.405/- without providing any information to me.
