WE MADE COMPLAIN ON 2ND APRIL FOR NOT SHOWING ALL THE CHANNELS FOR WHICH WE HAD SUBSCRIBE FOR. BUT STILL WE HAVE NOT GET CALL FROM THEIR SIDE. THEY TOLD US THAT THEIR TECHNICIAN WILL COME BUT NO ONE HAS COME YET. AND NOW THEY HAVE UNSUBSCRIBE OUR SET TOP BOX.
WE CALLED THEM TO START OUR SET TOP BOX ON 21ST APRIL, THEY TOLD THAT YOU DONT RECHARGE, YOUR SET TOP BOX WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FROM TOMORROW.BUT STILL ITS SHOWING MSG FOR RECHAGE.
ON 22ND APRIL THEY ARE SAYING FIRST RECHAGE THEN WE SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
