Tata Sky — no response for relocation

I registered a request for relocation on 24th april, and from tat day i m continuously calling and chatting with their representative. But didn't get any response from them. They didnt sent any installer, even i didnt get any call from the installer. I got a msg on 28th regarding the visiting time. Time was mentioned the between 18.30 to 19.30. But no installer had call or visit on tat day. M fade up with their response. Plz help me out regarding the issue.
