Tata Sky — No response from costumer care helpline no. | |||||
I have subscribed active fun learn for my kid on 19th March for 6 months. Now my son has gone to the hostel for his studies due to which I don't need active fun learn. A month has passed to tata sky helpline no.s I've asked to remove the fun learn pack. But whenever I call them either they cut the phone or hang me up for lot of time and sometimes they say sir it would be done. Over the time I wait it results in deduction of money from my tata sky account balance. Kindly look into the matter and take a serious action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
