Tata Sky — No response from Tata Sky for Relocation | |||
I Prashant Gaware continuously complaining ( called almost for 20-25 times in last 12 days) for Relocation of my Tata sky dish from Saturday 11th April’2015 & call center representative & their superiors ( 3 different superiors) just promising that the technician will be visiting within 24 hours but till now no one visited to my house. Worst part is, I was able to connect to customer care toll free no.([protected]) but many times call center representative disconnects the call. I am very disappointed of this bad services of Tata sky. Since I am not able to watch any program due to Dish was already disconnected. & I have recharged annual package in my subscription on 12th April’15 (wasted money for almost 12 days? don’t know for how many more days this situation will be continued by Tata sky????). My customer ID [protected] & Mobile No [protected], Alternate no [protected] If anyone from Tata Sky team is really taking note of this complaint & resolving my problem then I will be very grateful.
