Tata Sky — No response from Tata SKY on my request even after multiple reminders.

I have raised a request for reallocation of my tata sky connection on last satuday i.e. 4th April, 2015 but until now even after multiple reminders and requests created on the tata sky customer care I haven't received any response. No technician has called me even once for shifting the connection and it is now close to one week that this issue has been raised. They always say that we are taking your request on priority and technician will visit you today but no one conatcted me. i call them every day but they give the same answer but still no response.
