Tata Sky — No response from tata sky on registering no signal issue

I am facing the issue (No singnal message for some channels) for few months and I have registered complaints 4 times but there have been no response from Tata Sky. Earlier I had good experience with Tata Sky services but now I might need to disconnect the service. You can also check your database for my complaints to confirm. My customer Id is [protected].
