Tata Sky — no Response from the tata sky service providers

. No one came for technical visit. And again I have requested for Tata sky installation through customer care over a week ago. They said they will take the request with utmost priority and send the technician, but no one came and again when i called they said sorry for inconvenience and send the person, but no one has turned up. it's been more than 10 times I called customer care but no one helped and raised 2 requests but they closed request the service requests.This is very Worst sevice provided by customer care.
