[Resolved] Tata Sky — No response; non-interest to solve my problem
Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their disinterest in providing after sales service. They are not even sending any technician at me home. Tata sky representatives don't understand the language if a customer speaks about his/her complaint; they say that they don't understand hindi/english, they know only tamil, telugu etc., the best way to show disinterest in resolving a customer's complaint. A customer keeps on sending them emails/calling their helpline n no. Of times. But they don't bother about anything. Their sole motive is to harass a customer as badly as they can, so that the customer should throw out the tata sky dish outside his/her house and look for some other service provider. They are interested in the first installation; after that they forget the customer?

Tata Sky's Service Manager called me up today, came to my house and resolved my signal issue. They have restored my trust in Tata Sky.
