I am facing very difficult situation as customer where TATASKY is realizing me you can do whatever you can but I will not listen your issue because you are a very common man you don't have any authority to do anything against them.
My detailed issue has been described below, the same i had sent to TATASKY team as mail but did not receive any response after 20 days.
"Dear Tata Sky Team,
I used to be a one of very satisfied customer of TATSKY but today unfortunately i had a very bad experience with your team. I am mentioning below the reasons of dissatisfaction -
1.) I had some issue in Picture viewing in non HD channels so that I called to TATASKY Helpline number ([protected]) on last Sunday. on 06/15 (Monday) your service engineer visited my home and they just removed my existing set top box and shown me that the issue is resolved. certainly the issue was resolved but he did not explained me anything that what is the policy for replacing the box whether it will be charged or not and he gone away.
2.) I thought it was done temporary basis and they will give back my original set top box, suddenly next day i received a message that 500 something rupees charged for all these services.
But my question is that I should have charges information before it got replaced or imposed on me.
3.) When I called again on Wednesday night at around 8pm and explained all these incidence. The TATASKY associate assured me she is escalating this issue to concerned team and the complain number will be delivered to me on my registered mobile number. Also assured that your services will be resume within 10-15 minutes but it did not happen.
The frustrating thing is that even i did not receive any complain number which means my complain ignored intentionally.
4.) Again I called today to tatasky help line number and explained all the incidence due to there were no details available for my previous day talk.
5.) After 10 minutes of my today's call i received a call from tatasky and there was a lady who talked to me, again i explained all the thing but she did not realize my problem and started telling me that its your fault why did not you asked for charges and she was not ready to understand where is fault and refused to help me. Her talk and way was totally rude which gives immense pain to a customer who is paying for any services and want proper justification but in lieu to that I got such a rude behavior which is very frustrating.
I want your response on priority basis the reason is that it will decide my separation from TATASKY as customer.
