I had recharged my Tata Sky Account (ID: [protected]) on 19th Nov 2021 with ₹8082.
However, we have recently re-located to a new residence, and due to complications of installation of Tata Sky dish with our new interiors, we decided to discontinue the service. As per Tata Sky guidelines, the account can be cancelled at any time and the remaining balance will be couriered back to the subscriber via DD.
I made my first call on week of 21st November. The customer care executive noted down my request and asked me the reason for discontuination of service. I explained in detail. They raised a ticket, but there was no action or follow-up on this in the next two weeks.
I called multiple times since then. Each time they raised a new ticket, however, there was no response.
Then on 19th December 2021, I called again asusual, and this time I decided to note down the Ticket number and ETA details.

ETA given on 19th Dec - 22nd December.
I hadn't received any call/update from them asusual, so decided to call again on 23rd. This time they transferred a call to a senior executive, and that person said that he has escalated the issue and they would surely take some action in the next 24 hours.
It's 30th December now, and I still haven't heard back from them.
As they are not taking any action, my balance is still getting deducted on a monthly basis. I would only get refund of the pending amount as per their policies. The pending amount will depend on the date when the ticket gets attended and the Tata Sky executive visits to collect the set top box.
