I have one primary and two secondary tatasky connections.
I have been following up daily for the last 9 days for deactivation of one of the secondary connection. Every day they say that they lave lodged a request in the system and the back end team will deactivate. But nothing is happening.
Is there some way that action can be taken immediately. Daily charges for the additional connection are being recovered which is a fraud on me. Was this information helpful? |
