Tata Sky — No service and no response from customer care | |||
I am getting NO SIGNAL message on my screen since the last 15 days, because of some upgradation programme that TATA SKY has undertaken. I have registered a complaint by missed call and SMS more than 10 days ago, but I have not received any solution to the problem. I only get a message saying that my complaint is registered and it will be addressed soon. When I call the call centre, my call never makes it to their representative, due to congestion, every single time. They assure that they will call back within 24 hours, but they have not done so yet. My connection is off since 15 days and I have received a message saying that I will receive a extension in my balance worth 7 days. I expect a resolution to the problem as soon as possible and also a complete refund of all the days that my service has been down. Unless so, I will be obliged to think about a legal course.
