Tata Sky — No Service for 12 days

Hello, I have been a Tata Sky customer for the last 3 years. However, lately the service has been very bad. As of now I do not have service for 12 days. I call the customer car number and it takes more than 10 minutes to even get a representative on the phone. The couple of times I got to talk to someone, I was told that a technician will call and visit my home to fix the problem but no one has called me for the last 12 days. This is very frustrating.I would not recommend Tata Sky to anyone. It is expensive and it has become very unreliable.
