Tata Sky — No service for 7 days so far

Tata Sky - Your service is the most pathetic I have experienced, I still cannot believe that this is part of the Tata group of companies. I have been trying to get one thing fixed since Friday last week and both your contact center and your technicians are just messing me around. What am I but a lowly customer who pays for your services? I just lost 46 minutes of my life talking to your inept, devoid of any solutions and inarticulate customer care who in the end hung up on me and if I hear one more person from your group say " we are sorry for the inconvenience"I will break that useless set top box which I got from you. I mean seriously after 4 wasted days of trying to get some semblance of service- your sorry does not cut it anymore. Tata Sky sucks and most disappointing is that we consider you the best amongst the bunch...well I guess you are all the same...lousy service and definitely know how to harass the very people who pay for your services. I have called you every day since least week and other than false assurances, have seen nothing concrete happen. In fact yesterday the guy visited - called me and said everything was fine and had the gall to ask me for "goodwill" Good will for what the wonderful non existent service because the irony of it all the stupid box was still not working when I got home in the evening. The amount of torture these people dole out - there must be some way that a hapless consumer can get some justice. Right now am waiting for the guy who called me at 9.21 am this morning and said he would be coming over to fix the box. It is 2.25 pm but no sign of they guy, I think he may be walking from the other end of the country hence has still not reached my house... Tata Sky you are the worst service providers ever and am extremely disappointed even more so because this comes from a company whose name was associated with class and was respected as the best. Well you are now one of crowd aren't - maybe the bottom line is all that matters after all. The thing is that since going through this experience, I have found that I am not the only one - gosh loads of my friends say the same thing and share the "horror" stories of Tata Sky...
