Tata Sky — No Service for last 11 days : Subscriber ID [protected]

Hi, There is no service for the last 11 days. Lodged a complaint and received sms acknowledgement also but no one showed up till date. Called Customer care multiple times but call getting cut after holding for 15-120 mins every time. The subscriber fee getting charged every day and up for renewal now. Don't see any point in renewing as the services are not there anyways. Expect TATA Sky to reverse credit for the no of days of non-service and immediate technician visit for rectification.
