Tata Sky — No service for last 4 days | |||
My customer id no [protected] with 4 connections and there are no services for last 4 days and there is no solutions being offered . neither customercare nor any engineer is reachable . everytime we get the same reply to SMS stating that "your request is allocated to our Tata sky engineer who will contact you shortly " . really dont know what does shortly mean ..no one has contacted us for last 4 days ...This is not acceptable level of service . pls let me know when get this issue is resolved with a definite timleine . If this is not resolved soon, am happy to surrender all the connections . pls revert to me urgently . Was this information helpful? | |||

But, nothing has happened. Quite frustrated from almost 1 week now.
