Hi, I have no tata sky service for past 1 month. I have tried to contact customer care. It has same message we are facing congestion if you are unable to view our service it will be resolve soon and if you want us to call you back choose the option. I have selected the option, till date no call from customer care or service engineer. They have also share another number to give miss call i have tried it as well. No response on sms alert is received but till date service has not resume and no single call stating the time line when it will be restored. I have only received one message my account has been credited with 3 days of subscription charge, where as i have no service for 1 month.I have put my complaint with the TRAI Public Grievances cell to take action against the TATA SKY and refund of my subscription amount.
