Tata Sky — No Service from tata Sky in the name of technology upgradation | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Tata Sky has been taking their customers and consumers on ride and for granted. In the name o[censored]pgradation, their services are not working for last 10 days but they continue to Charge the customers. Their Customer Service numbers are not reachable and they have not been scheduling any technicians to attend it either. I have already raised a no service request, only the complaint is been registered and the technician is not been assigned. Yeah the upgradation is going on and on. We have not been able to watch the channels for the past 14 days. After sending the no service SMS all i get is that " your work order pending will contact soon". Tried calling and they called back and assured that the problem will be solved soon. But even after 2 days neither they have called or sent a technician. I am getting fed of tatasky service...
