Since 9th March 2015 we are not receiving signals of TATA DTH telecast channels. My subscription ID is [protected]. It is a painful experience as my calls every day get neither connected and if at all connected they keep the headset aside while merrily laughing. It is obvious they have ni answer to the service issues.
After sending an SMS repeatedly a technician comes and says there is problem at our end which is rubbing salt to wound as all neighbourhood connections also affected same problem but TATA itself says they are upgrading the system.
We appreciate snags when you upgrade but the least we expect from a reputed company like TATA is to compensate customers the lost recharge and give customers a valid date from which they will be charged. It is unfair to fleece the customers for the non-existing service and deducting the recharge.
We keep getting SMS saying account is deactivated which is unfair corporate ethics from an organisation like TATA.
Looks like TATA also joined other street smart fly-by night companies bandwagon leaving corporate responsibility to customers to wind.
I will be happy if this forum resolves my complaint and TATA reimburses and the charge deducted and also restores services, lest I have no option but switch the service provider or shut the TV as we are much more peaceful without this box
