Tata Sky — no service on recharge of Metro annual pack | |||
My tatasky consumer I'd is [protected] I have recharged Annual Metro pack by paying 4200 on Tuesday 12 may. But I am receiving no service then. I have called these no provided as their call centre but they keep me on hold every time for 15-20 mins. This has been repeated 3 times and I was never connected to any Representatives this calling costed me 50 rs. I have dropped 2 email to nodal officer for which I receive auto generated replies with request no.saying I will be called by them, but no replies or call from anyone. This is very dissapointing and worst service. Why have you Tata Sky people added so many costumer if you cannot serve them. Very very bad service.
