For past 3 days there is no service due to the so called upgrades that is/was going on. Everyday, I merely get an SMS saying "Sorry for the inconvenience" blah blah blah. No response from the customer care, if we ring, we go into the queue and we never get a representative to talk to. What is the best way to contact you guys to make the necessary corrections so that we can watch TV. Do note that I have kids and they watch cartoon channels regularly. Now, as is no TV, they are really giving headache to their mother and me. Do understand the issue and make it corrected by today!!!
