Since june 14 my set topbox was replaced i am getting an error message:- This is the wrong card for this set top box (pairing error). the tech who came to replace the box did not know how to resolve it, he kept calling on his phone several times to someone from his office for assistance. he later told us just to leave the box on thesignal will resume, and since then after several calls to your tech support to resolve this issue and just one call from a tech yesterday(16th at 1:30pm) saying he coming to fix it right now but never showed up and still calling your support service getting multiple answers numerous drop calls no one calling back, the same problem persists. I've even spoken to "senior tech" everyone gives a different answer everytime. Your support team in Goa does not seem to be bothered either.
