I have not been able to view any of the channels of my Basic Pack. I had registered a complaint on 4th of April and have only been getting "Thanks for your Patience" Messages. It has been 10 days now and we are not able to connect to customer service as well. It just says we have too many requests wait for us to call. No technician has been sent for resolving the issue! Worst DTH service provider.
