Hi,
I am a Tata sky subscriber, I took this connection since I saw some positive feed back online. But the service I am getting is pathetic. I am not having service since 6 days, Only the default Tata sky channel is available, I gave miscall to the number advertised over the channel, I got reply stating that my complaint has been registered and engineer will be visiting soon, but nobody visited or called, after 2 days I called customer care, your executive said within 2 hrs engineer will be coming and checking but till now nobody came, still having the same issue.
Most worst thing is that your customer care number is not toll free and we have to pay for the minutes which we wait for the call to get connected.
I had no service since 6 days, and lost all the good programmes during Easter time, I want that rent till the service get resumed along with the call charges which is approximately Rs 50 to 60 which was incurred by me calling your customer care to be refunded.
If I am not getting justice, I will be forced to end up my relationship with Tata sky and opt for some other service provider, since my family member is using Videocon DTH and the service he is getting is awesom.
