Tata Sky — No services for last 15 days: customer id: [protected]

I am experiencing this problem since March as there were no channels available. All of sudden the service got resumed for a week but again starting April 2nd no channels are available. What I have understood from calling their help desk numbers is that they are upgrading their technology causing some services are not available. The customer care keeps telling that it will get fixed within 24 hrs but nothing happening really. The customer care is really worst and no idea what the Tatasky managment does really to resolve the issues but just keeping their customers frustrated. I will really appreciate this forum's help in rectifying the issue by engaging concerned people.
