I am suffering from tata sky no signal for last 1 month.No signal is the main cause as they suggest.But some of the engg is behaving so badly, they just cut number from consumers and did not respond.Like I am giving one example a person having contant number: [protected] .He has called me 1 time and asked whether I am getting signal or not, and after that he has told me thanks & cut the ph line . I am trying to contact him, but he is not picking up the phone . It is too much . Tata sky's after sales survices are very poor, we are totaly frustrated with this service .
Pls look into this.
