Tata Sky — No Signal and making fun of customers

My Sub ID is [protected] My Tata sky has not been working since 01.08.2015. Even though registered complaint with Tata Sky and keep calling on customer care of Tata sky, problem has not been resolved yet. Top of that Tata Sky customer executive make fun of customers and aggravate the problem instead of solving it. Very pathetic customer care service and very frustrating experience with Tata Sky.
