Tata Sky — No Signal and No Service

My Tata Sky ID [protected]. I have been facing signal issues since past 5 days. Customer Care does not pick up phone saying they have upgraded the system for better service in future. It looks like for no service in future. I have lodged multiple complaints by sending SMS to 56633 and giving missed call to[protected] but no technician visited nor they bothered to call back. I do not know what should I do to have their attention or they just do not bother to loose customers.
