Tata Sky — No Signal and nobody is solving problem

Dear Sir, I am fed up from tata sky service with in one month only. Since last two week tata sky is not working. I called multiple time to call center as well as that person who installed the tata sky set up . No body is responding and their behaviour is not right . Please do the need full or disconnect tata sky and bring back my money.
