Tata Sky — No signal and not resolved

Dear Sir / Madam This is for your kind information that i am using Tatasky from last 5 years and my Account no is [protected]. I launched complaint about no signal. But from last 15 days we are just getting calls from your service persons that our area is not covered by them. So i want to know who can resolve the problem. If you and your service team is not capable to provide service .Than why you are promoting the company. So please stop such adds about company TATASKY that you are the best...
