[Resolved]  Tata Sky — No signal and not working

After the cyclone in Chennai TV is not working getting 'Input Signal not received'. Complaint registered for rectification on 18th Dec 2016. Tata sky service representative called one day but he never turned up. I am chasing this everyday and we are calling Tata Sky Customer care and explained about the problem. Till today (2 Jan 2017) problem is not rectified. But Subscription is deducted daily. I am paying subscription without using tata sky services. It is absolutely worst experience. Still we don't know when they are going to correct this issue.
