There is no TATA sky connection Subscriber ID [protected] is not active from 2/April/2015. I have raised a complaint on the same day Complaint No HFG62E3 with a confirmation that by 10:30 A.M a technician visit would be scheduled.
No call or any technician visit.
I call the following the same thing is assured. But no news from any person from TATA sky.
The following days i call up, either am disconnected when asked to transfer to the senior executive or i wont get through their screwed IVR.
On 6/April /2015 i get to a executive after 40 mins and he disconnects again while transferring to his seniors.
Without loosing hope i call up again and after another 30 mins i get to a senior executive and he gives me a number of the Area Service Inchagre : Mr Raje Gowda ([protected]) to whom my complaint has been divereted on 2/April/2015 itself.I call him up and at the first time his number is busy.
Call him after 5 mins, he doesn't receive the call. This happened for 5 times inbetween he was busy on another call though. He doesn't have the courtesy to either call back or atleast receive my call.
Now things i wont point out is :
Last month same story of No signal had occurred and after 4 days issue was resolved by itself. NO TECHNICIAN VISITED.
So is it that TATA sky is waiting for issues to resolve by itself all the time?????
Also i was told that there are lot of issues and we have not been able to solve ... but i feel 4 days is sufficient time ...
SO AFTER TALKING TO YOU GUYS MULTIPLE TIMES AND HEARING TO THE RING TONE AND BUSY TONE OF THE ARROGANT MR RAJE GOWDA I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONNECT FROM TATA SKY AND NEVER EVER TAKE THIS CONNECTION NOR SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO FOR TATA SKY...
I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN TO ANYOTHER CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST TATA SKY SO THAT PEOPLE DO NOT SUFFER COS OF THEIR ARROGANCE AND CARELESSNESS... Was this information helpful? |
