Tata Sky — No Signal because o[censored]pgrade issue | |||
Our tata sky Subscriber ID is :[protected]. We've recently (on 20th March 2015) paid annual charges for HD access. We are not able to view any HD channel, regional channels, English movies...almost all the channels since 1st April 2015. We've registered complains several times through SMS, calling the number they have given, sending the email on [protected]@tatasky.com and also registered request on website. We get a standard response that engineer will visit shortly. But we've neither received a call nor any technician has visited us yet. Also our requests for service are getting closed automatically without any action. We are really frustrated with this experience and we want our money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
