Tata Sky — no signal , but not reslolve past three days | |||
Dear Tatasky Team, We are using tatasky service more then 6 years. Now a days its services are getting day by day worst. We have been facing same issue of no signal. Currently from last 3 days all telugu entertainment as well as telugu news channels are shows NO SIGNAL, we are unable to view them, not getting proper response from customer care, and after holding call till 10 Min. Same answer is replied by Customer team, "Engineer will call you soon and visit as soon as possible". I tried to contact Customer care and lodged complaint But i am receiving only assurance on SMS.Neither any engineer.. Was this information helpful? | |||
