Tata Sky — No Signal Complaint mishandled & Iltrained staff | |||
I lodged a compliant on 2nd April (Subscriber ID : [protected]). Today morning the one staff came to fix the complaint & did some changes in the Tata Sky Dish. Then he came to down to check the connectivity & found that voice is not coming, he immediately changed the HDMI port from HDMI(DVI) port ( Used for TV) to HDMI(STB) used for X-Box/Playstaion and said that you have problem in that port. As a result the Picture quality immediately detiorated. If some TataSky does take note of these complaint's from here. Please give a call back for resolution.
