Worst Service, I was able to see all channels till afternoon 2.00 pm. I saw a message about recharging by today. I recharged my tata sky id - [protected], with INR 200. Suddenly my tv signal fluctuated 2-3 times in the next 30 minutes & I called customer care. Then it worked for a while & then lost signal for 6 hours.
They ask for unnecessary technician visit, which is paid. This means simply they are wanting service charges different from the regular billing charges. If we are paying INR 400 monthly bills then why other things to maintain the connection are being charged.
For now, we are raising this complaint don't know at what depth it would be resolved, but definitely, Tata would lose its reputation. Was this information helpful? |
